Shipping costs

Matchary UG ships throughout Europe with DHL. Shipping costs for your order will be calculated individually according to your shipping address and displayed at checkout.

General information on delivery times:

Shipping within Germany takes 2-3 business days. All other European countries: 5-7 business days. If you order several items with different delivery times as part of one order, we will ship the goods in a single consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item with the longest delivery time in your order will apply to the entire consignment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the following working day.

As soon as our shipping service provider receives the goods, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number.
